Hi. Today is 12th of March 2017 and this is my follow up post from yesterday. Yesterday I decided to change my life and in order to keep on going I’m going to document my journey on my blog on steemit.

I started the day super enthusiastic and with a lot of energie (hopefully I’ll keep that). I’ve read a lot of meditation and the benefits lately and I thought I give it a try. So the first thing I did today was meditating. I’m still very new to meditation and I’m not sure if I did it correctly. I sat down on the floor for 15 minutes. I was trying to focus on my body and my breath and not thinking of anything - not easy though. Most of the time I was thinking about if I’m doing it correctly, sometimes moved to another sitting position, because I felt uncomfortable or sometimes I had a bad feeling or doubts coming into my mind. For my first day I felt very uncomfortable and couldn’t see any benefits - but I guess it’s normal for the first day and I’ll definitely keep on doing it and I’m still learning.
After meditation I ate my breakfast. Normally I don’t eat breakfast at all but I thought it would be a great start as well. I had oatmeal with natural yoghurt and 1 banana. I’ll also try to keep track of my food with myfitnesspal. If you happen to have a myfitnesspal account you can add me there as well.
Then I went running. I haven’t gone running in a long time, but I felt good. I started a bit too fast so at the end I got slower and slower, but I managed to run 4.7 km in 29.02 minutes, which I’m quite happy with. I’ll also post a screenshot of my Garmin Connect App because I used my fitness tracker (which I bought last summer, but unfortunately haven’t used much) - It’s a cool tool which helps me to keep track on my fitness status and I can be great for motivation as well.
For today’s lunch, me and my family went out. We ate at a greece restaurant, I ate gyros meat with rice - well maybe not the healthiest food and a lot of fat but at least I haven’t drunk coke, which I usually do when I go out for lunch. And I try to eat not much sugar to start with.
In the afternoon I worked a bit on my business which I recently started. 2 months ago I started with Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon), so I source products from China and sell them with my own brand/logo on Amazon with the intention to build up a brand. I sell stainless steel bottles for tea, because I like tea and I thought it would be a good product. I already sold a few but I’m still can’t keep up with the fees, in order to be in profit I have to sell at least 7 a month - in February I sold 4. I’m planning to do another post on my Amazon FBA experience, failures/learnings and thoughts in the near future. This might be interesting for other Amazon seller or people who are planning to start their own Amazon career.
