Ponderosa Elemantary Demo.Dash Cam. Last Load.

in life •  7 years ago

Yesterday I purchased a Thinkware F800 Dash Cam. At work today I rigged up a temporary mount in the excavator and filmed the last of the concrete demo being loaded into the end dump trailer.
The most unusual aspect of this three week project is we finished one day ahead of schedule. Finishing ahead of schedule is almost unheard of in construction.

I always wondered what it was like in one of those while I'm walking around them. Pretty cool man. It'd be great to somehow incorporate one of these into paintball. Like I could chill in the shovel up high while you drive around.

Excavators are cool machines. The opposing thumb makes all the difference. Like I said in an earlier post, with this machine I could pick up a coke bottle without breaking it, or your car. But your car would take some damage. Now I have this dash cam, at some point I will get additional interesting footage.
If you rode in the bucket, you might get dizzy, lol. It swings pretty fast.

We'd just have to strap my in hah. But yea keep shairing that's really cool to watch. I want to see you bust up some walls to a building and stuff. Maybe you already have a video of that posted and I just haven't looked far enough?

For these posts I was using my cell phone and I am not impressed with how they depict the process. I have other posts that go with this thread. But the dash cam is going to help tell the story better. I just don't know when I will work on a demo project next.

I know I'm late to the party with this comment, but I was up to my neck in alligators when you published it and didn't have time to comment then.
"How it's done" is the sort of posts I enjoy the most, my friend, and you do them right!
I bet you could scratch a coon dog behind the ears with that bucket and he'd appreciate it too! It takes many hours in one of those cabs to hone those "operator" skills!
