My Daily Walking Stats: I Exceeded My 15,000 Goal

Hello everyone, I hope everything is going well in your life and you are having a wonderful day. TThe weather was sunny and beautiful today and it was a great day for picnics and walking. We went on a picnic before noon, we both had fun and walked on the walking track, I don't know how long I walked but I finally managed to exceed my 15,000 goal. We also had a barbecue towards evening, it was a really great and very fun day.

It's been 63 days since I quit smoking and life without cigarettes is truly amazing, I wish I had quit much sooner and I would like to say that I feel better and healthier every day. I realized more clearly how beneficial quitting smoking is on the walking track. Despite walking non-stop, I did not get tired or out of breath and did not even need to rest, it really is a wonderful feeling. If you smoke, I strongly recommend you quit, after a few weeks you will feel incredibly good and incredibly healthier. I wish I had never smoked or quit much earlier. Remember, it is never too late for anything, decide and quit it and then enjoy your life in a healthy way.
