DOUBT KILLS, FIND YOUR STRENGTH

Have you ever noticed that it is easier said than done!!!. Things we say to people most times cannot be done by us,but guess what! It takes practice I mean lots and lots of it to have a personal conviction in your decision and opinion on not to dwell on "What if's" and also to consciously remind yourself to stick it out with your gut because doubt kills your success and hinders your passion.

There are many times we will drift into doubt about choices, checking and thinking to see if we made the right one. Yes, you might make mistakes in the process of self doubt and this might be a costly one,nevertheless the best thing to do sometimes is to admit your fault and mistakes. Self awareness, self discovery and persistence can only come when you have truly spent enough time practicing and learning. So that when this doubt creeps in,you will know how and ways to handle it because you have done lots of trial and error.

Be decisive, do not compare your journey with others and always find your fulfillment. By knowing what you want, you will continue to use that as your measurement of success. Never change your goal because of indecisiveness or people's opinion, they poach on insecure people who cannot stand firm on their decision. They see a little doubt on your face and they pounce but just so you know, that people will be people and they will always come with options but always remember to stand your ground and show our strength. Knowing that there are pros and cons to life because each has its own payment of value.

Dedication is a good trait on this journey, be dedicated to whatever craft you want and you will be fine. Fine tune your passion to make you a professional in your field and people who once rejected you will find you with great offer. Build your purpose by gradually knowing your worth then you will know the value you bring to organization or community. Sooner than later, people will be wowed by you ability to implement, will learn from your passion, ownership mentality and enthusiasm.
