I love that you are spreading a little happiness today! thank you! Over the years I've encountered different tools to promote happiness like mindfulness and some courses on Coursera.
There is a great program that was started by Jon Kabat Zinn at the University of Massachusetts. Feel free to check it out below. The program has become so popular over the last 2 decades that most cosmopolitan cities have their own Mindfulness Centers . http://www.umassmed.edu/cfm/
The other course I really liked was the was a free course on the coursera platform, which was my favorite course of all time (and I have taken many and diverse courses over the years, from finance to fine arts, mindfulness to nutrition. ) This is actually my favorite course of all time. Although it's a MOOT you don't feel it at all. the community is very inclusive and the exercises are fun and encourage self improvement. Feel free to check it out:
