How lonely we have become as a society.
Surrounded by technology we can communicate like never before. With acquaintances and strangers from all over the world.
People today have an enormous urge to show themselves to others. Digital communication through a digital text message, sending each other a selfie or calling.
It seems that we are not lonely because of the amount of people we are in contact with.
But...
Such a gentleman who is making a selfie at the pyramid of the French museum, the Louvre, looks pretty lonely in my eyes ...

Totally. Dark side to everything. All in how we use the technology.
I think that this topic tho extends beyond just technology and draws from so much of our culture. A culture that prides business and money over taking the time and energy to truly relate culminates in images such as this one.
We definitely need to be the change we want to see in the world; take the time to slow down and really drop in and connect with those around us. To place this interpersonal connection above our bank account or our status.

Because of technologie we have to watch out to become a loner. Technologie makes us free as individuals it solves problems for what we need people for in the past. It is nice to have this freedom but watch out you have contact with outher people. Interaction with others makes us happy. We are social animals after all.
