Insomnia and then go to work

No sleep and still have to do things

I went to bed late last night. That happens more often. And is not such a problem.

But this night I woke up again after 2 hours of sleep.

It is a mystery to me why. In any case, I feel so cooked because I could not fall asleep afterwards.

Who invented these foolish working hours?

My little sleep makes me think. Who, no let me say that differently ...

Which aphrodisiac has devised these foolish working hours? Working from 9 o'clock in the morning to 5 o'clock in the evening!

I mean, it could have been just as easily from 11 in the morning until 3 in the afternoon!

Then nobody would have had a lot of problems with this.

Imagine how that would work out positively for everyone!

Wake up comfortably

Wake up without time pressure, always have enough sleep, come home in the light after work, have enough time for the gym, do not need a babysitter for the children, and always eat on time!

If we had agreed on these working hours together, the world, and especially vinegar faces, would look a lot nicer!

I'm going to rush to work with my earwigs face!

Note: This may seem obvious, but I would suggest being cautious of too much light exposure. Light kills the sleep cycle by preventing the Melatonin secretion. Always ask a doctor first, but I use a very low dosage Melatonin two times a week, and it helps a lot. "Sleep" is a very important and vital healer.

Is it not in Sweden or Norway that they have a totally different working schedule and it has been proven to have reduced all types of illnesses, stress-related issues and so on, and therefore also better for the economy!

yes I believe in Sweden they have a 7 hour workday. I truly believe the human body will benefit from working less hours a day and better yet wake up a little bit later than by the preset alarm clock

yaah sir your story similler to me ! i am student i use steemit on night instead if facebooh ,whats up and other social network! when i wakeup i always late because some time i missed my universty classes!

if this continues to happen to you will bring bad with your constipation, it will result in your declining performance. I hope you always healthy

I am suffering from insomnia.
I have a baby son who used wake up in the night, in the morning I have to go to work..
Now he is ok but i do not know why but I can't sleep more than 2 or 3 hours..
I am kinda used to it now but it's bad, very bad..

Sounds like a dream! :)
