All in the pursuit....

All of us want to be happy. There's not a single person in this entire planet who don’t want to be happy. We see happiness in others eye, but it's very hard to find in ours. We all are devoted to be happy but finding happiness turns out to be a rocky task for us. Now, let's look at others from our perspective, we see them very happy because they are riding a fancy car, wearing some chichi watch, living in a lavish house and all of other cushy stuff. The people doing all of these things may seem very happy to us but in fact it's an illusion. We see it but it's actually not there. The very person who seems to be happy from our eyes is actually only satisfied but not happy.

We are humans thus we all possess a tendency to want more and more. For example, we may desire to own an apartment right now but after we've got that we may want a house after that may be a bungalow this cycle keeps on moving and that's the very thing that intensifies the distance between we and we being happy. Happiness is something which we can pursue but achieving it is unyielding task to do or even impossible.

'The deceleration of Independence" written by Thomas Jefferson, Benjamin Franklin and many other freedom seekers states that "All Americans have the right to pursuit of happiness". I guess they had understood that happiness can only be pursued and I think they are faultless. According to me I'd like to consider happiness as "never ending long chain of satisfaction" or "even as dead father of satisfaction " . But if happiness is something we can never attain; why are we so eager to be happy? Why do we want to be happy? Everything we do we do is to be happy. So, why are we in this pursuit of happiness?

The answer remains simple, if you were happy or if you could attain happiness than what would be the purpose of your existence in this world? What would be the meaning of your life? So happiness actually gives meaning and purpose to your life. No matter what you've got or what you've achieved don't be happy. Be satisfied and go for another. Only seek for happiness and that shall keep you moving and that shall make you do more and more. Though I can't scientifically prove it, I tend to regard happiness as a force that keeps you moving forward in your life.
