Quick Motivation #1 : How to be Motivated in Life

A very interesting thing about motivation is that it comes after we start doing something new and not before it. If we look around ourselves we will notice that we always feel motivated to do something after we have initiated some hobby, habit or routine and have some small achievements in it. So the key to be motivated is keep yourself busy and initiate things you like.

Once you are into routine you will automatically feel the urge to keep going but also cherish every little success that come on the way. More then celebrating the end goal if we cherish every small achievement, we will be able to see the results coming and keep our-self motivated. On the contrary, if we just aim for the final goal , we will feel tired and will gradually loose interest.

So Quick Motivation #1 is INITIATE | CELEBRATE | MOTIVATE yourself.
