How to control time in your daily life or works place.

Everyday office work, a hefty meeting, happy project-all together, it's been a tough time. Young workers often have to go through such pressure at the beginning of their profession. Do you control the time, or will you control over time - confused with a complex equation, young professionals?

  • Start the day very early: Office 9 at night, wake up to 8 o'clock - Never do that. Try to wake up every morning. You will get two to three hours extra time for yourself at the beginning of the day when you wake up early in the morning. At this time, practice your work, such as reading books, organizing work together with exercise.

  • Decide what to do at the beginning of the day: Before you go to the office, do your own work on a cold head. Decide how much time to take a job. Determine the day's plan of knowing how much progress is going on.

  • Come to the office shortly: Try to come to the office a little earlier. Develop a habit of reading excess periods or keeping a cup of coffee fresh for yourself.

  • Practice writing diary: Do we always remember everything? Try taking a regular diary note. This is a good way to work in a good way.

  • Get help from Google Calendar: You can practice keeping notifications for meetings or any work done through Google Calendar or any other online calendar. This will show your professionalism.

  • No meeting and meeting: Many people just walk in the office meetings and meetings. Do not make pressure on your creativity by meeting meetings. Keep your time working for some time in the day.

  • Plan meeting: Try to avoid meetings for hours. Plan meetings and meetings with senior officials for the meeting to be brief and effective. Try to be present in the meeting room ten minutes before the meeting.

  • Learn to enjoy the time: Do not make pressure on the mind just by working. Give colleagues a lunch in the afternoon, or try to eat coffee and tea together.

  • Reply to e-mail: Answer E-mail, understand the importance without having to answer many e-mails together.

  • Not everything can be done: Remember, you can not finish everything in one day. Practice keeping work for tomorrow.

  • Get help from co-workers: Not all tasks can be completed alone. Try to finish the work as cohesive as possible by adding colleagues.

  • Do not work uninterrupted: Many people think that work is fine when working continuously. That's not true. Try to break work or break your fatigue through a little light exercise.

  • Not a lot of work together: Many people are skilled in multitasking or working together. Too many jobs together is inappropriate, it reduces the quality of work. Try to do a job at once.

  • Work on the clock: Doing the job - do not do this. Try to finish the clock over time.
