Hey dear,

Here i ll share my experience......

I am 6.3 feet tall and before 3 months i was weighing 112 KG and suddenly realized that i have to loose weight fast.

There is a myth that fasting can lead to a lean body, but initially i tried to cut my carbohydrate intake to a great extend and found absolutely no result. Then with the consultation of a doctor i adopted a new life style.

you may also try this method, even if you ll not loose your expected weight still you may get a good health (But am sure weight will be reduced).

First of all you have to take a glass of Luke warm water with lemon squeezed into this with some honey. This will detoxify your body and also you will get energy for the whole day.

Then go for a walk.If you can't go out side then try to do pranayam (Kapal bhatti and anulom bilom) for at least 30 minutes.

In breakfast you can take any fruit or green leaves salad...


During this time try to keep your body hydrated and be sure that you are not going to take any processed food or fried item.... Your dedication of 30 days will give you a new life..trust me

Have frequent food in less amount


In the mid morning go for Oats meal or corn flake or dalia.

Before lunch have a glass of Luke warm water with husk.Husk is full of fiber and will stop you from over eating. Have less processed food in lunch.It would be better if you can stick to vegetable salad without any seasoning.

At evening have some flax seed as snacks.....Before 3 hours of dinner have some less calorie food. You may eat egg white or some boiled chicken or peanut...

Before going to bed have some night walk.
