HAPPINESS IS NOT THE SAME AS PLEASURE

Happiness is marketed -

Since happiness is marketed so much these days as an aim in and of itself. Buy M and be happy. Learn N and be happy. But you can’t buy happiness and you can’t attain happiness. It just is. Most individuals pursue happiness, they are actually looking for pleasure: a fresh car, decent food, more sex, complete body massages, gatherings through friends, additional interval for television and movies, dropping 15 pounds, becoming more popular, and so on.

Pleasure is great -

But while pleasure is great, it’s not the alike as happiness. Pleasure is related with happiness, but does not cause it. Examine any drug follower how their chase of pleasure twisted out. Examine an adulterer who shattered her family and lost her children whether pleasure ultimately made her happy. Ask a gentleman who nearly consumed himself to death, happy chasing pleasure made him feel.

Pleasure is a wrong god -

Pleasure is a wrong god. Study shows that individuals who center their energy on money-oriented and artificial pleasures end up more anxious, more sensitively unbalanced and not as much of happy in the long time span. Pleasure is the most insincere form of lifetime gratification and therefore the easiest. Pleasure is what’s marketed to us. It’s what we fixate on. It’s what we practice to disoriented and confuse ourselves. But pleasure, while necessary, isn’t edible. There’s somewhat more.
