Moderate amounts of dust left untouched as accumulation of cables prevents vacuum cleaner full access to floor

Oslo, Norway: Conducting his monthly duty of cleaning a part of the apartment, roommate and student Jens Erik Follestad (24) didn’t quite clean the entire living room as cables lying on the floor prevented the vacuum cleaner from reaching certain areas of the floor yesterday. The cables were reportedly also the reason Jens Erik ended up not even taking out the equipment for mopping the floor. Moderate amounts of dust are expected to remain permanently in place in between the cables until someone in the household actually gets around to unplugging them and removing them before cleaning.
