Spring is in the air!
Have you noticed how the almond trees are everywhere blooming? They are so beautiful. I digress, so spring is here and its time to open the windows and clean out the dust of the house.
Funny thing is as you clean the kitchen cupboards, something happens inside, something changes, it's like cleaning out the soul. There is definately something to getting in there, cleaning physically and cleaning out your soul. Can't explain it, I guess it's different for everyone, but as I clean, I seem to be feel like I'm getting more clarity in my life. A little calmer.
But there is nothing like finishing the cupboard, standing back and seeing a cleaner kitchen or room. What a great feeling. So I wish you luck in spring cleaning your house and hope it helps you too, clean out your soul!
One more thought, spring cleaning is for the whole family. Get the kids involved, the younger ones love it, do it together with your partner, you'll be surprised at the added benefits!
