    He is easy to care for: food and water in the evening because that's when he gets up and moves around. He has a few toys, and a potty area, and a heating bulb over his cage. He is my grown daughter's pet, and she likes to hold him. I find him quite prickly, and it seems as though he would prefer to be left alone. It is possible that he likes her better!

                  He is actually my adult daughter's pet. She likes having him around. I find him rather prickly, and since he is nocturnal I don't see much of him. Personally, I'd rather have a pet that is awake when I am.
