One of the most delicious sweet treats is Japanese mochi and I also love the taste of a variety of flavors from vanilla, green tea, passion fruit, mango, and oh so many others.

So far, I still don't know what to think of mochi.
On the one hand the taste is great, but with the consistency I could not make friends.
I hope the next trip to Japan will help me with the decision.

I appreciate your honesty. It may not be for some people, but I think it is awesome that you are willing to try it again. I feel in love with mochi from the very first bite but understand it is a personal preference.
