I think many people forget the importance of adding strength training to their health routine. Most of us know exercise is important and many of us walk, yoga, or add cardio during the week.
I have a group of friends who lift several times per week and this is not for me, but they made me realize that I can incorporate some strength training with light free weights. I invested in these weights for our family so that everyone can start with lighter ones and gradually build to the heavier ones as we progress.
