The original recipe for "Senior Eggplant".

Ingredients:

● two eggplants
● minced chicken - 0.5 kg
● three eggs
● onion
● three cloves of garlic
● vegetable oil
● flour
● salt
● pepper
● your favorite spices

Preparation:

We cut eggplants (diagonally), we make forcemeat, as on cutlets
(Peasants can use "corrupt" stuffing).
For each pancake from aubergine we put stuffing, press and form a cake.
We pour first in flour, and then in a whipped and salted egg, first fry minced down.
Spread on a dish and treat guests!
