Look at my picture. You can sit or stand in these positions that your hands always in front upward position and they have a gap between 4 to 6 inches.
Close your eyes. Start deep breathing slowly.
Continue it for 5 to 10 minutes.
Until you will feel something
- force of attraction
- force of repletion
- hotness between your palms
- clodness between your palms
Everything that u will feel is not meaningless . It expresses your personality.
If you feel any thing in one of them it means spirituality is not fake .
During this exercise
You may feel some muscles pain like these pics. But these pains also express your mental and muscles weaknesses and other symptoms.
