How to handle yourself with big failures in life

Our lives are much smaller. We can not understand how life goes in any direction. But life is not the same as everybody lives. Someone's life is full of happiness, and there is no end to hardship in somebody's life. With the joy and sorrow, every person's life continues. But how many problems we face in the way of life, we face problems. Someone may come out of trouble, and someone gets trapped in trouble and comes down to life. But never failing in any work means that life does not end. Failure means to try again. There are many people who fail to work and stop their lives, fear of failing again and again. It is very normal that, for some reason, we can not stay normal if there is an accident in life. But some of us have the responsibility to take care of ourselves. So do not forget how to handle yourself in some things.
Deal with feelings
Maybe your job is gone, the exam has made worse, the life partner or the boyfriend / lover has had tension or breakup or divorce, these incidents do not mean that you have lost. Maybe you never had these things, so life has gone away. This does not mean that you fail. Deal with the bitter feeling of your failure. Rest your mind so that you can cope with this time and again.
Give time to all
At this time, I will give you time and family as much as possible, time with friends. For a few days, visit friends or family. You will see the difficulties. Do the things that you like to do. Think about how to start everything new again. Take a moment to consider why you should stop because life does not stop.

Try to shake it out of your own trouble. The pain increases as much as you can within yourself. So share a close friend or someone who is in your family with someone who understands you. Can write diary. You can write all the words of your mind, you will find it very light to see yourself.
Take lessons from failure
Remember, whenever there is a lot of lessons in life, there is a lot of education. Whatever rate or win, whatever. So forget all of yourself to make yourself fresh in the future.
