Well many of you might jump on my throat after reading this and think of me as a shitty asshole but these are the honest feelings of a heartbroken “shitty asshole”, so yeah no offense to the true “deep in love people”.
For the past 7-8 years, since puberty kicked in, I have been falling in and out of love, well the falling in part was quite beautiful but the falling out part, and we’ll come to it later. I’ll have to admit the first love is the most enthralling and the best memory that you’ll cherish life long, well there are some “lucky” ones who’s first love turns out be their last but most of are of the other breed where our childhood romances are destroyed when we take up science thinking about our future, rather due to the neighbor Sharma Ji’s son, and our lady love is too fragile to take the pain and end up taking arts or commerce, as they know some douche bag is becoming an engineer/doctor in some corner of the world to buy her the Versace and Gucci to show off.
But that’s not the point; you can successfully say that you are in love once you know “yeah, she is my happy ending”. But my friend, not every love story is an SRK-KAJOL movie, you fall in love, sing two three songs, fight goons prove your love and bammmm! She’s yours! Na Na Na! This is India my friends if your crush loves you back that itself is a big accomplishment and if she does then your whole world tends to rotate around her and by whole world I literally mean “whole world”. No matter in what situation you are, whether it’s your career, family, kidney, liver anything , she’ll be on your mind 24/7. It seems quite beautiful on paper, seeing the person you love smile because of you. Every night before sleeping she would be the one on your mind, I have imagined this in my head so many times. I have always thought about what I would say; what I would do; and how it would be. And for that brief period of time you’ll be the happiest person on earth until life shows you the reality. No matter what, fall; experience; be the reason of her smile; and if you do not find the happy ending don’t give up and do not deviate on the wrong path. Be true to your values and love unconditionally.
In the world of imperfection, there is always someone just right for you.
