Succeed in Meditation....Karma has no menu.

Those who eat too much or eat too little, who sleep too much or sleep to little, will not succeed in Meditation. It is very important for a person to be temperate in eating and sleeping, work and recreation. will come to end from lot problems through Meditation.

The soul who meditates on the Self is content to serve the Self and rests satisfied with the Self, there remains nothing more from him to accomplish.

You get served what you deserve.

Let the fruit not be the purpose of your actions, ant therefore you won't attached to not doing your duty. You have the right to perform your actions, but you are not entitled to the fruits of the actions.

All Karma, or effects of actions, completely melt away from the liberated being who, free from attachments, with his mind enveloped in wisdom, performs the true spiritual fire right.
