10-Day Mental Diet
Summer is coming and most of us are setting goals to have a better body. But what about our minds?
The mind controls the body after all, and our thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and habits that are created from the mind, form our lives.
To make your mind stronger and basically, change your whole life, take this 10-Day Mental Diet, as found in the book ”Awaken the Giant Within” by Tony Robbins.
For the next ten days commit to taking full control of all your thoughts and emotions and decide right now that you are not going to dwell on any negative thoughts or emotions like guilt, anger, frustration, anxiety e.t.c
During these 10 days, when a problem occurs, immediately focus on the solution by asking yourself ”What do I need right now to make this better?” or ”What’s not perfect yet?”. By asking this you are presupposing that things WILL be perfect and this will change your state.
Commit to keeping yourself in a positive state no matter what happens.
Every time you feel like going back to the negative thoughts, immediately become aware that you need to change and focus on finding the solution, not worrying about the problem.
Ten days of focusing on solutions, on what is great in your life, on what works and how lucky and grateful you are will entirely change the way you see things, it will make your brain more powerful and able to find solutions to anything, it will give you amazing confidence as you see that YOU can turn your life around and it will create new standards and new habits that will help you expand more than you could ever believe.
So, decide now that you want to make your mind strong and ”fit” too and take this challenge!
