Cable crossovers from the bottom
Goal: Perfect pumps chest and front deltoids prepare
Sets: 3-4
Reps: 12-15 reps / easier weight
Today I finished the exercise chest with Cable crossovers from the bottom, the reason:
I prepared front deltoids for exercise shoulders in the following parts
Muscles used:
Primary: the upper part and the lower Large chest muscle (pars clavicularis)
Secondary: front head deltoid (anterior deltoid)
I chose a today this exercise currently from the bottom.
Track motion: Position yourself so that the pulleys are in the starting position slightly behind you, so you achieve the best load muscle. Cable crossovers to exercise keeps muscles in constant tension which are primarily used by the end of the training the chest. Exercise You will practice mainly except top and bottom of the middle part of the chest
