Everyone wants to know how what the heck does people to speak so persuasive and feeling so good...
Maybe you heard someone said himself or to you...mmmm I already know that i'm a loser....anything is good in my life...No, I'm not able to do nothing... i wish, but i can't...i would like to be strong but i'm bla bla bla bla....
When i listen certain things, in my head only turn one thing.....BULLSHIT !!!

WORDS are the canvas of our world , we use the words to describe own world to other people, for explane our sensation, what we have heard or seen... and when you are speaking whit your friends they connect the words to specifics images of their experience,they start to feel some sensation and then they tell you...wawww amazing story...and then they start to explain you what they are felt like...waw, after your words i remembered when i was kid, i did the same experience and i feel me exitated....SO what happens when you speak??
Simple you connect the words to immages, that are connect to specific sensation...or for example you create an immage or you bring back an immage on your mind from your experience, then you start to tell yourself something that trigger a sensation...or you are in a bad situation, and you start to fell a sensation in your stomach, so you start to tell something to yourself for describe maybe the proces or for tell yourself how fell you bad, than create an immage and ecc ecc... it is what explained NLP, or another undreds disciplines for years...but you have really undestand?
how much controll do you have in this process, and in your life?? Are you using all this in the real life or you are just a conteiner of information??

Too much people, even if they say, i know that, they don't use this process for improve themself, for make a better decision, for have a better relationship and fell themself brilliant...

BOB : Mmm...mmm I'm not so convinced yet... so, Mr peaceful man...How can i use this process ??

JONH: You Know...Is amaizing if you think that thousand of people feel ourself brilliant without know how did they do it !
But what they do??
They just describe them world different, they use different images, for visualize themself and own future brilliant, and so they fell different sensation. Is Simple, starting to change the words that you use usually for describe your experience, for example when you are angry change the word "angry" whit another like "annoyed"...your brain will do something like...ehhhhh????? You are interrupting the pattern, so your brain now is connecting the new sensation associated at the hold behavior, reducing the emotional intensity and changing the totaly experince.

BOB : But how is possible ?? Heiii we are not Robot or machine, we are human, this description is too simple...

JONH : but maybe is real so simple, could be that while you are thinking this, you start to realize that you are using the same proces that i described before to sustain your opinion, maybe you are imagine people like a robots in the street that wolking like zombie, and saing yourself that is not possible for your reason and fealing a some kind of sensation...

People are just scary from the words and immages that create in own minds,... if i use a word like "organism" you probably fell a differece sensation then i used the word how "machine". Right?

We are are not machines.... we are the unique machines, we are the unique organism, that can reprogram herself and touch your own buttons just with our mind. We have a body system that have 34 trillion cells, that also now , working for we, all in the same time, for make everything possible...you are breathing, and one beat at time your heart relaxes and contracts to carry blood to your muscles and organs, your brain doing milion of calculation por second, for controll every single muscle, thinking in the same time if the article could be interesting, maybe what we have to do in the next 5 minutes and other thousends of things...this is a miracle, we are miracle!

I think it's easier than you think...i remember that i was in the house of my friend, when the mother told me << If you have a big problem cut it in many small peaces >> and was true, if something seem too much, split it in more parts and will be totaly different......when my grandfather was in life sayd me << You know, dear nephew, just know what you want,and look for the easiest way to get it, because if something it is difficult for you, it means that you are doing something wrong, and the time has come to change the approach>>...and he was right!!

I will use my power right now, for enjoy every second of my life and to help others to do the same thing.
