As I was going through the new page in Steemit, I found many interesting posts, some are cute, some are funny and much more.
I am tempted to just vote all of them but I realize that I need to manage my voting power.
I also notice that when the vote value is 0.00, no one cares to upvote those post but when the post has already garnered high vote value, then more & more people are willing to upvote.
I guess such is life and it will always be.
@simple-me you' re right about that,most people dont vote post that are 0.00 .the rich get richer and the poor poorer.

As a plankton, I've learnt that I provide better value by resteeming posts instead of upvoting and giving the posts less than 0.01 value most of the time. It's just not worth losing my Steem power to upvote... like donating dust just so that the collection box feels heavy.
