There are tons of new findings about treatment and risk factors on IBD disease, I will quote a title just for spoiling some of it content, follow the links and get informed though if you or someone you know suffers from it, the above two links are gonna be a big gift, May 19th is the global IBD day too, so is cool to know.

"The Artificial Sweetener Splenda Promotes Gut Proteobacteria, Dysbiosis, and Myeloperoxidase Reactivity in Crohn’s Disease–Like Ileitis "

Not to get your hopes up but theres seems to be progress towards some new treatment, more efficient. In a side note first time I read the word "therapy" used in any publication made, sadly failed but it open up new roads to explore. Hopefully if this ever fruit will bring a lot of relief to a lot of people, me included.

I drink more than I should during my birthday and I am paying the price these last days. I wasn't much in a mood to do anything really, its kinda hard to when it flairs and I would love also to attend at the medal @annadeda is honored with, so make sure to go and support her with your vote. I am proud for you, just so you know. Congrats and excuse me missing it. But is beyond me right now.

I am powering up my vote for the last couple of days I'll be back to voting as soon as it recovers a bit.

Steem on dudes.
