They fucked me!
They give you 9 min to get 14 confromations, i had that covered.
Had over 20 confromations in under 5 min and by the 8min mark it was 38. I was in live chat asking why my confirmed transfer was not showing up for over 6 min on their payment page. sent the guy screenshots and while was typing the screen flashed to say the order was cancled.
I asked what happend and he told me he would have to pass me to the other support group and they would email me.
I now am down 200 bucks and they are not contacting me. i asked over and over to confirm that i sent to the correct adress and that the amount was correct, he just kept saying a ticket was made and i would get an emil in a couple min confirming it.
Still no email. not even the confromation that the ticket was made.
What do i do now that live support wont talk to me and they are not sending me emails?
Not sure if i just lost 11oz of silver or 202bucks or 0.197158ETH. Either way it hurts.

I know the problem is on their side of it, first time i used eth insted of bitcoin to buy from them in hopes it would be quicker and cheeper, so far its looking to be the complete oppsite. shoulda just kept it as bitcoin.
I guess bright side of things i was thinking of buying an oz of gold from them because the jump from last night in bitcoin but idk if im willing to chance a chunk like that now with them.

If anything changes ill fix this post but as of right now they have my money, cancled out the order, and basically put me on mute after i provided them with screenshots and links to the actual hash proving they got my money and it was sent to the correct adderss and it was the correct amount withing the amount of time.

I just hastled another support staff, i feel bad.
Selena* even asked, why are you doing this? after i asked to confirm the address the ETH was supposta be sent to and what the ammount of ETH they got within the time period of the order was and if it matched the hash matching my account and the screen shots i supplied.
i guess tomorrow they will contact me or so they say, still havent gotten a single email and they said it was sent and they are resending.
day wasted stressing on this it sux more then the money lost kinda but not really. lol

Bitcoin was painless, every time i have used eth it has sucked hard. last use of eth was cryptokitties and that was a huge waste of money with how long the system was down.

Also, I didn't know ETH was such a hassled as it is presented as the "solution" to bitcoin, but i think it has to do with bitcoin having years of support, this kind of problems are fixed with time, but for now you can only call them, they need to give you a solution soon as it is for their best interests.

yeah i have 3 cats from the second day it was open to the public, account was frozen for like 2 weeks and the price dropped so much that if i paid the money to put them up for sale i might get that back after selling them. i haent looked in a while but i still doubt they are worth anything.
ETH might not be a hastle but this transfer got messed up on their end and when i look at the fact that i paid a fee to transfer bitcoin to an exchange then a fee to change it into eth then another fee to send to wallet and once again another fee to buy the silver it prolly cost about the same if not more. pluss the bullion people ***** up and im out 200 bucks.

Yeah me too, i just needed to vent and the fact that they put me on mute sucks. When i go to my order page it shows it cancled but when you look up the address they wanted payment into it shows it was recieved.
If it does get fixed ill fix the post so im not slandering them. Still mad right now.
