I woke this morning to an email from sgb finally. My order might not be shipped but they are atleast processing it and finally saying they got the ETH payment.
I have nothing but horrid luck with ETH.
Im going back to the original post i made and fixing it, i was mad and ranting and they did not keep my money so even though it took almost a week till they would even respond and constantly tried to word it that "i was having troubles with the transaction" things have finally been sorted out and they figured out where they messed up.

I might even just blank the post out as i dont want to be leaving slander when it was just an honest mistake on their end.

Haha great everything was sorted it out at the end, but i am guessing you are not using ETH every again, or buying silver from them until your forget how almost they blew you of $200 in ETH haha. Btw ranting about something is what force people to do something about it : D

Yeah, it was a nice weight off my back. last couple days i have been checking my email and sgb account like ever 10min.

I think it has alot to do with the support people dont know enough about crypto yet, its all new to them so all they can do is pass it on to accounting.
Someone needs to make a 4 hour class on the basics of the main cryptos for companys to train their employs on. im sure when credit cards were brand new there was kind of the same learning curve.
4 days added on my wait isnt horrid and tbh its giving me a couple days of waiting before im searching for more to buy.
