Summer is coming! what can be more exciting to do this summer rather than just staying at home and avoiding the sun? First of all what do people tend to avoid during summer season? What they don’t like to experience during summer? Mainly because the climate is hot, sweating a lot, complexion getting dark. People tend to just stay at the comfort of their houses with their AC open watching TV. Some are just staying at home eating and enjoying the movies? But do we loose something if we just stay at home and sleep? What do we loose then? Well I believe there is, its enjoying the day with your family or friends in a healthy living.
One of the favorite thing I do under the sun is no other than “Swimming”. Let me share to you some of the past activities we did together with my friends in a Music Video to let you enjoy more.

It was so fun, memorable in a sense, really it was a perfect way of bonding together.

Even if I’m alone, because the beach is near our office, after work, I go to the beach, I see to it that I have enough exercise while relaxing in the water, normally I finish an hour before the beach closes, by that I'm giving my self a stress release after a whole day of working.

Yes I agree with you, there are therapeutic effect it can give us, if you have idea about the negative ions that can heal our body? Even the grounding effect or earthing, where you connect your body in to the earth’s energy. It’s a good idea, a new approach to our meet and greet. We can have some kind of a volleyball contest, rope pulling, and a lot more activities, there’s no need to spend a lot, but it can be encouraging
