ျပည္ျမိဳ႔က သူငယ္ခ်င္းတစ္ေယာက္က ဖတ္ၾကည့္ဖို႔ ျပလာလို႔ ၂၀၁၆ ခု ေမလ ၂၃ ရက္ ေၾကးမံုသတင္းစာထဲက ေဆာင္းပါးတစ္ပုဒ္ကို ဖတ္ျဖစ္သြားပါတယ္။ အိႏိၵယနိုင္ငံရဲ့ေက်းရြာေလးတစ္ရြာမွာ ေမြးဖြားခဲ့တဲ့ အာယုပါမာ ဆာဂ်ီး အေၾကာင္းေလးက ကၽြန္ေတာ့စိတ္ကိုစြဲေဆာင္ေစႏိုင္တာကေတာ့ ဒီႏွစ္ေႏြရာ သီမွာ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔ ႏိုင္ငံရဲ့ျမိဳ႔နယ္အခ်ိဳ႔မွာ ေရျပတ္လပ္ခဲ့တာမို႔ အခက္အခဲေတြအမ်ားၾကီးၾကံဳေတြ႔ခဲ့ရတဲ့အ တြက္ အစိုးရအဖြဲ႔ ၊တပ္မေတာ္ နဲ႔ျပည္သူမ်ားက ကူညီျပီးေရေပးေဝေရးလုပ္ငန္းေတြ ေရအလွဴဒါနေတြအမ်ား ၾကီးလုပ္ခဲ့ၾကရပါတယ္။ ကၽြန္ေတာ္ တို႔ႏိုင္ငံနည္းတူ အိႏိၵယနိုင္ငံဟာလည္း အလားတူေရရွားပါးမႈျပႆနာ ကိုရင္ဆိုင္ခဲ့ရပါတယ္။ တကယ္ကေတာ့ ေရရွားပါးမႈျပႆနာဟာ အိႏိၵယလို၊ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံလို ႏိုင္ငံေတြမွာပဲ ရင္ဆိုင္ေနရတဲ့ျပႆနာေတာ့မဟုတ္ပါဘူး။ တစ္ကမၻာလံုး ရင္ဆိုင္ေနရတဲ့ျပႆနာပါ။
အာယုပါမာ ဆာဂ်ီး ၾကံဆထားတဲ့နည္းလမ္းဟာ ကမၻာၾကီးေပၚရြာခ်လိုက္တဲ့ မိုးေရေပၚအေျခခံပါတယ္။ အာယုပါမာ ဆာဂ်ီးရဲ့တြက္ခ်က္မႈအရ အိႏၵိယႏိုင္ငံေပၚရြာခ်လိုက္တဲ့မိုးေရရဲ့ ၃၀ ရာခိုင္ႏႈန္းကိုသာ သိမ္းဆည္း သိုေလွာင္ႏိုင္ရင္ တစ္ႏွစ္စာရြာခ်လိုက္တဲ့မိုးေရဟာ ႏိုင္ငံကို သံုးႏွစ္ေလာက္ေရလံုေလာက္ေအာင္ဖန္တီး ႏိုင္တယ္လို႔ဆိုပါတယ္။သေဘာကေတာ့ (၂)ႏွစ္ေလာက္မိုးေခါင္ရင္ေတာင္ျပႆနာမရွိဘူးဆိုတဲ့သေဘာပါ႔ပဲ။
ကဲ အာယုပါမာဆာဂ်ီးၾကံဆထားတဲ့ နည္းလမ္းရဲ့သေဘာကေတာ့ က်င္းစနစ္ကိုအေျခခံပါတယ္။ က်င္းေတြကိုအခိုင္အခန္႔တူးေဖၚျပီး က်င္းအတြင္းမွာ ရြံ႔ သဲ ေျမၾကီး ေက်ာက္စရစ္ခဲနဲ႔ ေက်ာက္တုံုးၾကီး အရြယ္ေတာ္ ေတြကို အသံုးျပဳကာ သဲတစ္ထပ္ ေက်ာက္စရစ္တစ္ထပ္ ေက်ာက္တံုးတစ္ထပ္ ျဖည့္ထည့္ျပီး ရြာခ်လာတဲ့မိုးေရေတြကို ေျမဆီလႊာေအာက္ေျခမွာ ေရျဖည့္ေပးထားရမွာပါ။ ေျမဆီလႊာမွာ ေရျပည့္သြားတဲ့အခါ ေရဟာ ေက်ာက္စရစ္နဲ႔သဲကတစ္ဆင့္ အေပၚကို ပလံုစီျပန္တက္လာျပီး သဘာဝစမ္းေခ်ာင္းပံုျဖစ္လာပါတယ္။ ဒါဆိုရင္ ေရစုေဆာင္းႏိုင္သြားပါျပီ၊အိႏၵိယမွာေတာ့ မာဆာဂ်ီးဟာ နည္းစနစ္ ၁၀၀ ေက်ာ္နဲ႔ ေရစု ေဆာင္းေပးသြားႏိုင္ပါျပီး လယ္သမား ၁၀၀၀၀၀ ကို အက်ိဳးခံစားေစခဲ့ႏိုင္ပါျပီ မာဆာဂ်ီးလည္း ျပည္သူ႔အက်ိဳးျပဳ ဆုေတြရတာမနည္းေတာ့ပါဘူး။
ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔နိုင္ငံမွာလည္း ခုလိုမိုးမ်ား အားသြန္ရြာသြန္းေနတုန္းအခ်ိန္ကေလးမွာ ေရရွားပါးျပတ္ လပ္တတ္တဲ့ ျမိဳရြာမ်ားမွာ ၾကိဳတင္ ေဆာင္ရြက္ထားႏိုင္ရင္ျဖင့္ ေနာင္ႏွစ္မ်ားမွာ ဒုကၡေရာက္မွ ေျဖရွင္း ေနရျခင္းမ်ိဳးမရွိေတာ့ပဲ ေအးခ်မ္းစြာေနထိုင္ႏိုင္ျပီး ေရအတြက္ အလုပ္ပ်က္အကိုင္ပ်က္ ျဖစ္ရျခင္းမ်ားမွကင္း လြတ္ႏိုင္ပါေစေၾကာင္း တင္ဆက္လိုက္ရပါသည္။
