Wow nice! I have never been to Antarctica but when its safe, I would not care if there isn´t so much to do. I would love to play with the wild life instead of being in danger :)
I have never been to NZ but I am pretty sure I would choose New Zealand. Just because you have so many opportunities over there and its still one of the safest places on earth.

That was also my thought for New Zealand. Iceland is much smaller, but the people seem to be very very nice and they have this week of party whole Scandinavia is going to :)

Great idea, I love the hotter countries. Maybe Chile or Fiji is also a great choice. But the criminality is high so Fiji would be better in my opinion
