Morning people,
Yesterday I've been talking with a friend of mine and we are trying to setup a new little company. we are getting serious about this topic now. we are going to recruit sales persons soon. This will be done in the Netherlands where we will sell energy contracts and people will get about 80% of the sale. the reason why 20% is taken is because of all the work around it. like getting lists of people to call and sell to, administration and even free dinner. Energy companies come to us and tell us to sell different kinds of energy contracts.
For every sale we will be payed about 300 euro's depending on what kind of sale. you will receive less for "hot" sale which means you are selling to known people. you will be payed 300 euros for "cold" sales which is calling people from a list (people who you probably never spoken to). how you will sell your product doesn't matter except that you gotta say some things according to the European law which are reasonable. you can even go door to door.
even though 300 euros for a sale ain't that bad, you will also be able to sell to businesses. depending on how big the company is and its uses we will be able to pay you generously.
