Running is mandatory
Now a days where everything is full of technology people have fully forgotten the basics for our body. As whatever we have to do, we do it by using some kind of technology because it has made us lazy and not just this it is stopping us from getting our natural energy that we an get from the things which we do in our daily life. The victim of our harsh reality is a healthy activity #running.
There are many advantages of running that we can get in our daily life to live easily and work aptly but unfortunately, we all have left these kind of healthy activities of our daily life that can make us healthy and strong.
Now I'll tell you some advantages of running which are:
1. Running can make better thinkers
Scientists have discovered that the same process of body that helps fuel the body efficiently and also helps to make our memory sharp and start learning fast.
"The heart and muscles need a surge of energy to carry out exercise and neurons need a surge of energy to form new memories."
2. Running makes you happier
It is commonly known that, after running we feel an special feeling of joy and calmness. It releases all the tension that is stored in our brains while running it feels like you have taken a shower of cold water in the hot summer.
It is believed that exercise encourage the body to release serotonin(gland), which improves mood. Ultra-marathon runners often speak of 'surfing a wave of serotonin' while covering the type of distances that make non-runners cringe.
3. Running can save you from cancer
It's common sense that an active lifestyle begets a healthy body - but jogging seems to be particularly beneficial when it comes to helping ward off the evils of cancer.

1,082 adult women were studied by Dr. Paul Loprinzi and came to know that those with higher cardio respiratory fitness had better hearing function at high and low frequencies. The women with higher aerobic fitness were six percent more likely to have good hearing than bad hearing.
