Life Update

Hi Steemit Family,

I wanted to apologize for being MIA for the last month or so... Life got in the way, as it so often does. I hope you haven’t forgotten about me already!!!

I wanted to share with you some of what has been keeping me so busy.

That’s right! Dan proposed! I was entirely surprised, and thrilled all the same. What started out as a carriage ride towards a favourite hotel/restaurant of mine, soon turned into a date that I would always remember.

After the carriage ride, we enjoyed Afternoon Tea at the Empress Hotel to celebrate.

Not too long after the engagement, I was chosen to be a model for the upcoming Victoria Fashion Show. How many of you have been to a fashion show where the gowns are super extravagant and beautiful? The shows are always tons of fun, and you can expect delicious food, great entertainment, and people of all ages! There were three portions to the show: Formal wear, Vacation wear, and Imtimates. I was in all three! Below is a few of us wearing a collection by Michal Negrin:

Below is a picture of me walking in the “Vacation Wear” portion. I am wearing an outfit by Migration (This was probably my favourite outfit! Let me know your thoughts in the comment section) :)

In the last Intimates show, a bunch of us got together afterwards to capture a group shot of our “bedroom” wear. Please no rude comments! Thank you!

Back Stage is always a crazy time. Girls and guys typically run around in their... Well... Close to nothing! We rush around because time is limited!!! But we always have time for a few good selfies!

It definitely took us a good few weeks to get everything organized for the show. Between all the training sessions, fittings, and promotional ads, we barely had time for anything else.
