You're always looking for evidence to prove your most dominant beliefs right.
For example: there's not enough money checks bank account "seeee!"
Meanwhile, there is an entire world over flowing with dollar bills, you're just looking in the one place they aren't and telling yourself a very short, uninspiring story.
or:
"No one is loyal/faithful/good anymore"
Looks at past line up of crappy ex lovers "seeeee!"
Meanwhile, there's an entire world flooded with good hearted, loyal, faithful, available, people, you're just looking through a very narrow lens and telling a very sad, short, unromantic story.
SO.. what do you do?!
You start looking for evidence to support what you DO want to see, not what you don't.
Aka.
Look for the good in people, look in faith, look in belief, look for the LOVE in people.
Look for the abundance in the world, don't limit it to your bank account. Look all around you. Look at what you DO have and then exclaim "SEE!" There is so much more than what you have let yourself believe.
Expand your vision and your mind to believe in more than what you are immediately seeing and you will begin seeing more of what you truly believe in at your very core.. that there IS more!
