Okay, i feel responsible to share that with you guys and i want to tell you that i am honestly disgusted from my home country.
For those who do not know me, i am coming from Bulgaria. A European Union Country from the east part. I moved to the Netherlands two years ago, and i do not say that here it is all perfect, but there were reasons for me to leave. Here is a really fresh one.
Police is here to "protect" us
Nine months ago, a TV show which basically exposes bad people in the country (say it like that), started an investigation because a report of a citizen. The report stated that police officers from a mid size (for Bulgaria) city called Pavlikeni, are stealing fuel from basically the society.
While some people are trading crypto currency our police is working smart...
Reading only this made me really angry. It is true i do not live there, so i do not pay taxes to the government but my parents are working really hard, just like many other people, to earn the money, to pay the taxes, so these polices officers have job, and protect us. It is not acceptable to do that.
Here is more, for the entire period of the investigation the police officers stole more than 1000 litters of fuel, every time feeling more and more free to do it.
More than 10 police officers, from the highest positions to the fresh boys, plus a firefighter....Pathetic
So let me put that straight:
- First normal people work their asses off to pay taxes
- The money from the taxes are being spread in the budget
- I really hope I am wrong about that value but roughly 1 million or half million euro is going to the police
- Obviously it is a poor country, but they steal fuel from their work cars which they have to use to protect us
I mean seriously guys. Few months ago a woman was shot in the park, in front of people, during the day from her ex husband, and she went plenty of times to the police to complain he is chasing her. Even earlier the same day.
Old people get robbed by the phone, in small villages on a distance from the city people get killed and robbed for small amounts of money even, and the police is not there, because they dont have fuel. There is no limit anymore in Bulgaria for the fuel for patrol cars, so imagine where all the money are going.
Sadly this is not a single case, but just a small reason for me to not go back. I know many of you would not understand the video since its in Bulgarian, but maybe if you want to just watch it you can try.
I know it is not the only place in the world with such problems, but for me it is sad that this is a European country and look whats happening.

To serve and protect , more like to rob and enslave . I'm from Canada so we are lucky that the police havnt gotten that bad yet , we are right next door to the biggest police state on earth called America. South of our border live the worst police on the planet , where they shoot first in any circumstances and don't even ask questions later . Even in Canada they seem to be able to get lots of free stuff , like coffee , donuts , and fast food meals . They haven't moved up to stealing fuel yet , but I'm sure if they see other nations police forces doing it they will follow suit. Thanks for sharing , upvoted and followed. 😊

Btw another new, I just remember, just now i saw news that the Visa for Bulgarians to visit Canada will be given easier. No waiting up to five years, so all i can do is with you luck with our gypsies .... :/

Unfortunately that's the least of our worries here today , as trudeau has decided to start moving isis fighters into our beautiful country . Most people that immigrate here are very grateful to be here , but now the leader has offered our home to isis operatives :(
