I want my compensation

I think an individual should be able to sue the government for punitive damages for putting the people of earth in a nuclear holocaust scenario. I would ask you my fellow Americans: what person or group of people, have the right to jeopardize life on this planet in such a way? I would say this is a direct infringement on my ability in attaining life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Not the to mention the life of the planet, animals, plant life who haven’t a voice and cannot defend themselves. If we are going to believe and accept money to be the prime motivator of this planet than we should use it to motivate people in a positive way. Why do I have to live with the anxiety, stress, fear and mental anguish of such implications that these mongrel psychopaths seem to spew from their semi primate brains at the drop of a dime? So I would say any mention, implication, empty threat for propaganda, media spin, dick-waving purposes whatever of world war three scenario involving nuclear weapons or any conventional events that would lead to that result should have ramifications. Making war itself illegal would be great but a nice start would be a nuclear war. I figure if these maniacs had to pay out for even implying such an assault on my ability to live a life free from fear in a peaceful way they’d probably think twice before even suggesting such options. If they do decide to breach the contract and use nuclear weapons then it ain’t gonna matter much because no one is getting paid shit. But if you're going to threaten the world and life on it and you're not going to do it. Then I want my compensation, or at least a paid trip to another life-sustaining planet so I and the people I love don't have to put up with this bull shit anymore. Thank you.
