The happiness of 7-8hrs

They say 70% of earth has water but in few places the government provides only 7-8 hrs of current to the fields.
Farmers pray to God in summer to release few drops of water in my field for atleast two times a week to wet my soil but good deserves farmers wish. After one or two months at the time of harvest a cyclone will occur and smashes the whole crop.
The disappointed farmer then realises that God has blessed him a lot.
