The less angry you can be with yourself and with others ~ the happier your life will be.

Anger is usually an inability to accept something.

Pretend you're angry with yourself ~ then maybe accept whatever it is, stop judging yourself and you will find instead you'll be empowered to make positive change if that's what you want.

If you're angry with someone else ~ pretend it's over something they did or said ~ remember it's ok to accept that it's their choice and doesn't have to bother you.

If you don't like what someone else does ~ then don't hang around it.

If you don't like what someone says ~ then don't talk to them as much as you do or just accept it's their opinion ~ you don't have to think it too, it's their own choice for them.

The less you want to control others, the less angry you'll be and happier you are.

You can make choices for yourself not others or you'll often be angry trying to control others.

Empower yourself by making choices for yourself and not blaming others.
