It´s True, Steemit Can Change Lifes!
Last week I´ve asked for support from the Steem Community for a good colleague and friend of mine. I did so as I´ve been impressed by his story and the strength with which he´s going through his life while only having humble dreams like visiting his very good friends in Belgium.
The way he put aside his own needs and goals to be there for his family, to fully support them during hard times is still so inspiring for myself. He´s not focused on money at all but completely on supporting and uplifting others. Even whenever I introduced him to Steemit/busy.org his first idea was to use it for Charity projects instead of him accumulating enough funds for his dream of a journey to Belgium.

Just like promised, here´s the short proof that all funds reached my buddy @omniknight. Once some Malaysian Ringgit in Cash from the SBD Payout as well as the Steem, which we used to get him up and running with his own account 😊

I agree that Steemit is a great start into the Cryptosphere. Be reminded though that without any outside investment the platform will die in the longterm. So in case you know some people who´d like to invest in steem you should hook them up ;)

I really got to say that it was an awesome feeling to help my friend. It hasn´t been much that I´ve done so far for him but even that meant the world to him already. Small actions sometimes lead to a huge reaction!
