I've always said that you don't see Americans lining up to pick crops in the fields in the heat, but those same ones are whining about Mexicans stealing their jobs. Meanwhile, google crops rotting in Alabama fields! Workers are afraid to show up and nobody else is willing to do the job!

Ive never heard it said better! Ive worked beside hundreds of these workers and it always their second job of the day or they r leaving to go to that second job! They work harder than anyone lve ever seen! They do the jobs we r too good to do anymore.

I have personally worked with many Hispanic/Latinos in my career. Not just Mexicans, but Hondurans and Guatemalans as well. I can truthfully say they are some of the warmest, most genuine, friendly, hard-working people I have met. They would greet me each morning with a smile and handshake. They spoke fondly of their wives and children, expressing a deep love for family bonds. I got along with them better than many of my fellow Caucasian co-workers.

Funny people Americans, they all want to be " the man ", they want to be the doctors, lawyers dentists, veterinarians; do they want to mow grass ? No way grass is for smoking.
Do they wanta drive cabs, pick fruit, labor under a hot Sun; thats immigrant work. The United States is one of the few countries where the military sort of declines to walk, other countries almost the world over will walk, hike or run to locations. But the US military are basically primarily on the college program . . .
No one can deny there are fabulously amazing soldiers and personnel but these people only make up about 20% of the entire military forces and certainly none infest the Pentagon or Command and Control facilities.
With recent immigration fear mongering politicians are trying to create work for welfare programs to get the unemployable back working, one such project is a wall along the Mexican border. This is purported to keep terrorists out, however States like California realize they will lose at least 25 % of their manual labor force.
Professional politicians are furiously encouraging the courts to sentence as many young American criminals to jail sentences simply so these American youth will be prepared to accept any jobs offered as a condition of their parole. This is mandatory since everyone knows you cannot expect the youth of America to accept anything less than being a stock broker or accountant, architect or other professional skill.
This is essential since your elected Representatives have shipped every job they could overseas, today there is almost no manufacturing ability left in America. The skilled crafts etc are now almost gone since the young do not want any job that pays less than 35 or 45 dollars an hour.
Mexicans are the hard workers who built America, but they were just another outsider for the snotty nosed Americans to pretend were inferior to a country that rewards liars and cheats. Well I remember when we were having work done around here, their was the insurance quote price, the tax invoice price and the cash price.
By and large many Americans are hard workers, steadfast, conscientious and honest, but as a percentage they are no more or less than most other races. Americans just like to pretend they are something they are not simply for their own aggrandizement.
Americans are used to being a law unto themselves and now just feel bad when most of the rest of the world will not accept their "smoke and mirrors" propaganda. This is not most Americans who are to busy working for their nine days a year vacation or to pay their ridiculous health care costs or insurance premiums.
In fact there was almost a National Day of Celebration when the minimum wage was raised to US$8.50 and hour, no wonder most Americans have no money to put into the economy; but still they are quite eager to have their egos salved as the Master Race by comparing themselves to Mexicans.
Most Mexicans would easily work or drink most Americans under the table, but when it comes to the addiction of Over The Counter medications, recreational substances, pain killers and every legal and illegal drug substance know to man, no race is as obsessed and fanatical about mind altering substances as the pompous self righteous Americans : )

Lazy people complaining about people who do the hard and bad paid work they don´t want to do. Is the same problem europeans had in crysis calling us Sudacas. I am not mexican, but I am argentinian. So if you own a store anyone can just come take wantever they want along with everyone else. it's illegal, But hey but people need the food so it's excusable. No it's illegal or it won't be a store long. If you are legal do what you want.
