Finding the root of happiness...

When we listen the word root , we imagine something deep, permanent and main substance of anything. And when it is about the happiness, you are very excited to know it and find it. So, let's begin.
In this world of capitalism, we are very keen to acquire money rather than to find peace and happiness. We just want to earn more capital to buy products and gadgets. We think buying something cool is going to buy happiness for us. But it is totally wrong. Buying something new creates temporary happiness and addiction,which will be substituted by another ones. So, your want will never be end. If you really wish to be a peaceful and calm person then we should focus your inward self.

Going inward is the popular term or basic term of finding happiness and peace. It literally means to give yourself a specific amount of time to find yourself and side of everything temporarily.
Most of the time we don't give time to ourself. We are so busy that we have established a poor connection with our subconscious mind. As a result, our inner mind don't help us to find a inner peace. We know we were really happy when we were a child. We have found causeless happiness. We always be focused on present. We smiled a lot. But why we can't now?
Today we don't follow our innerself. We don't want what we actually want. Now our decision is based on others. We follow the society, parents and friends. Then we choose a path to find success. We may find a good source of earnings but not happiness. Happiness only can be found by the mutual understanding of you and your innerself.

So, from today do everything as you really want. Don't decide your path influencing on others views. It may be real for others but may be not for you. Because everyone has different taste and passion in life. To find your taste you have to provide enough time for yourself. Then you will find which work suits you. And which task you can do consistently without conscious effort. There is some well known practise of finding your innerself. I will talk about it later.
