I always tell people that "you always have a part to play in what ever comes to you" if you read my post on how to change a negative situation into a positive one, you find out that you can only deal with yourself, you never can control the actions of others you can only control yours, so it's very simple if you don't like the way people treat you, change the way you relate with those people. It's that basic. The change always has to be made within not without. Nice post as always mentor
