Getting back in Shape! - FEB CHALLENGE - BIG PRIZE

February is by far the shortest month of the year, and since it is, I've challenged myself to a February Fitness Challenge!

Like many of you, I spend ridiculous time on the computer often sitting down, so why not join this incredible challenge alongside me, huh?

CHALLENGE RULES:

(STARTING TOMORROW IF YOU CHOOSE TO ACCEPT IT)

  1. Accept the Challenge by Pledging in the Comments Below

  2. For the rest of the month, you will Stretch (min 10mins) and Workout (Min 10mins) per day and record your progress.

  3. Daily logs can be video (USING DTUBE) or Better YET Pictures and/or gifs

  4. Comment Them on the Daily Post of FEB CHALLENGE that I will post for the rest of the month

**People willing to commit to the Challenge will get a SPECIAL reward from me :)

That's all, Hope to see many of you conquer this challenge....It's fairly easy but trust me its a CHALLENGE :)
