In addition to the revelation of democratic party corruption and malfeasance revealed by the DNC emails, and in fact taking precedence over them, are the offenses committed personally by Clinton in passing on classified data to unclassified people.

The creation of a email server off the official system is a crime in of itself. This server was set up to hide evidence of the corruption revealed by the DNC email leaks.

Clinton then destroyed evidence, which is a crime again.
