I would like to share a few abdminal exercise, which if repeated every morning, can help you strengthen your core muscles, give support to your back and reduce your tummy fat.
=> Yn yang oblique : Bend ur knees, arm up bnt at the elbow, rock side to side, working your obliques. Do Ten sets.
Then reach the top arm over with each rock. Do Ten sets.
Then top arm over and bottom arm undr like a yn yang. Do Ten sets.
=>Boat pose : Sit up, feet flat against the ground.
Then lift your legs up into a boat shape. Hold fr Five breaths. Rept Three times.
=> Cycling : Lay flat on the ground, then hug your knees to ur heart. Reach ut one leg, draw in one knee. Laced fingrs, hands behind the head, elbw to the opposite knee. Do 20 seconds.

Last :- Hip lift, leg drop : Lay flat on the ground, arm to the side. Lift the hip of the grund inhl, drop the leg down to 30 degres exhle.
Repet Ten times.
