Walking around the city on a sunny day

Hey everyone,

It has again been a while since I wrote a post like this. I've been kind of busy lately but now I am finally done with my studies and the summer is almost here. Last summer I posted a lot of photos from different places I visited and things I did. I want to travel a lot this summer and I will try to do the same thing I did last year. I really like taking photos and I also love traveling so I think this will be a good summer for me.

The last couple of days in Finland have been really hot and I have been enjoying it by being outside with friends. I've been taking a couple of pictures here and there but unfortunately the screen on my phone is badly cracked and it's hard to take good photos. However, I still decided to post some here today.

This first one is from a nearby city and I just thought it looked really cool. I believe that they have cut this tree in half and then planted the cut off parts separately next to it. However I am not 100% sure of this. It's only my guess. I think it looks kind of cool in the way they have cut that circular shape into the different trees to match.

The city is really cool and has a lot of artsy stuff like this around. I will make sure to take pictures of other examples when I visit next time.

We spent the whole day just walking around and stopped every now and then to get something to drink due to the heat. The temperature was at 28 degrees one day which is awesome but it came pretty suddenly and it got kind of overwhelming at some times. I took this other photo at a park in the same city where they have a miniature version of the city and it's most known places. It's also a bicycle track for children.

After all the walking we decided to end the day with some good food and drinks so we went back to our home town and visited a barbecue-bar place that had opened on that same day, lucky us. It's on the side of a small river and it was really relaxing to sit there. They also have the best burgers I've had in a long time. I will probably be there again this summer.

I really enjoyed being outside and I am glad we got these hot days this early because I was beginning to get pretty tired of the cold.

So this is the beginning to a lot more photos I will post during this summer. I am hoping to be able to travel a lot and see a lot of different places.
