A Neat Connection

It always amazes me how life systems are duplicated in ways that we don’t even realize. You look at the Golden Ratio, the Fibonacci Sequence and the Chias Theory and it is amazing how nature expresses itself in a superficially random way, but when you take a closer look, there is a system or pattern. When you back your perspective out to the macrocasm you start to notice these similarities across all of nature.

I just made one of these connections watching a documentary about water. The Earth, just like the human body, has a finite and consistent amount of water; the rivers are the blood vessels and the ocean is the heart. I had never thought of the planet like this before and it blew my mind!

I am spiritual person that doesn’t adhere to any specific religious dogma; I have found my own way of communing with the divine that draws on many different polytheistic and monotheistic practices that have meaning to me. When I make connections like this, it further cements the concept for me that there is some kind design behind our existence. When the random ceases to be random, there must be a design of some kind.
