Well yea myself too I agree with this message. I haven't been drinking since New Years eve. Drinking 2-3 beers in once a month doesn't much matter. It doesnt have to be a taboo still.

      Occasional drinking is fine, but if you're like me... Drink to excess everyday and all in your life suffer, then it isn't good at all.

      I haven't had a drink in over 3 years.
